To request a tax exemption, please register for an account and submit the appropriate tax documentation for your state below. If you are requesting an exemption for your organization as a whole, please provide the names and e-mail addresses of the individuals who are authorized to place orders under this exemption. We will notify you once we have set up your account's tax exempt status. Note that taxes can not be refunded after an order is placed, so please wait for our confirmation before proceeding.
Orders Shipped to New York State or In-store Pickup Orders
In order to verify your tax exempt status for orders shipped to New York or in-store pickup orders, a New York state exemption form is required regardless of your location. Please consult the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance website to determine which exemption form is valid for your situation whether you're located in New York or are out-of-state.
