For projects that require precision, we offer in-house laser cutting and CNC routing on acrylic sheets. Submit the form below and our team will follow up within a couple of hours. Orders can also be placed in person at our Manhattan location.
We provide:
Laser cutting on acrylic sheets from 0.030″ to 1/2″
CNC cutting and routing on materials from 1/8″ to 2″
(2D CNC cutting and routing only)
All artwork is cut as provided, so please review files carefully before submitting. Be sure to specify quantities, material color, and thickness. Multiple files may be uploaded together or sent as a single ZIP file. Files can also be emailed directly if needed.
Jobs are cut or engraved with the original masking left in place unless noted otherwise. For quality control and safety reasons, we only cut material supplied by Canal Plastics.
Production time varies by scope, but typically ranges from same-day for smaller jobs to up to one week for larger projects. Orders may be picked up in-store, and shipping is available for select jobs depending on size and design.
Files must be supplied in vector format. Accepted file types include:
EPS
Adobe Illustrator (AI)
CorelDraw (CDR)
Please note:
Files must contain vector outlines only (remove any raster images)
JPG, PNG, BMP files cannot be accepted for laser cutting
Line weight should be hairline or ≤ 0.25 pt
Black lines indicate cutting
Red lines indicate scoring
Red filled areas (no outline) indicate engraving
All text must be converted to outlines
Artwork must be provided at 1:1 scale
Dimensions may be included in the file for verification
Maximum material sizes:
Laser cutting: up to 28″ × 40″
CNC cutting: up to 48″ × 96″
