Rowlux Illusion Films are multi-lensed polycarbonate sheets that manipulate light to create vivid patterns of motion and depth. Thousands of microscopic parabolic lenses are molded into both sides of the film, refracting and reflecting light to produce a dynamic, three-dimensional visual effect that changes as you move. The result is a surface that shimmers, shifts, and reacts to light—ideal for projects that need color, texture, and motion.
These lightweight, flexible films are easy to cut, print, or bond to other materials using standard techniques. Rowlux films are available in a wide range of colors and patterns, from soft moiré waves to geometric textures and stardust sparkles. Select variants include opaque backings, commonly used in drum wraps, instruments, and display panels.
At Canal Plastics Center, Rowlux Illusion Films are offered by the yard in a standard width of 25-3/8 inches, or in 12" × 12" sheets for sampling and small projects.
