Do you cut acrylic while I wait?
Yes. Most standard cuts are ready in 30-60 minutes. For larger or more complex jobs, we’ll give you a clear time estimate when you place the order.
What cutting tolerance do you offer?
We aim for ±1/32" on most straight cuts, significantly tighter than the typical ±1/4" tolerance offered by many other suppliers.
What acrylic thicknesses can you cut?
We stock and cut a wide range of thicknesses, from .040" up to 2" acrylic, depending on the material and color.
Do you offer laser cutting or CNC routing?
Yes. We provide laser cutting for detailed shapes and CNC routing for thicker materials and large-scale projects. Laser jobs are typically completed within 24 hours, and CNC within 4-5 business days.
Can I bring my own acrylic to be cut?
For safety and quality reasons, we only cut material purchased in-store. Outside acrylic can vary in formulation and may not be compatible with our equipment, so we keep all cutting jobs to materials we stock.
Do you ship custom cut acrylic or is it pickup only?
We offer both local pickup in SoHo and shipping for many custom cut orders. For oversized or fragile pieces, our team can advise the best option.
