The Rose Gold Mirror Acrylic Sheet delivers the bright, clean reflectivity of glass mirror in a lightweight, shatter-resistant acrylic form. Manufactured through a precision vacuum metallizing process, a thin layer of aluminum is deposited onto one side of the extruded acrylic and protected with a painted back-coat. The result is a durable, highly reflective surface ideal for displays, signage, décor, and design applications where traditional glass would be too heavy or fragile.
Acrylic mirror sheets are easy to laser cut, route, or drill using standard plastic fabrication tools. For best results when laser cutting, reverse your artwork and cut with the mirrored surface face down (backing side up). Thicker sheets will yield the highest optical clarity and smoothest reflections. The material can also be gently cold bent or strip heated for light forming.
Each sheet is economical, easy to handle, and significantly safer than glass—it will not shatter into sharp fragments. Because the reflective backing can be damaged by some solvents or adhesives, always test compatibility on small samples before full production. These sheets are intended for indoor use only.
Manufactured by vacuum metallizing aluminum onto extruded acrylic for superior reflectivity and consistency. The material is 50% lighter and up to 10× more impact-resistant than glass, yet maintains excellent optical quality. It is safe, easy to machine or laser cut, and suitable for a wide range of decorative and architectural uses. Rose Gold Mirror Acrylic Sheets are available in full sheets, pre-cut blanks, or custom cut-to-size options through our online order form.
Cutting can be done with standard plastic saw blades. For clean edges, use a carbide-tipped, triple-chip blade with a 10–15° clearance angle and keep the masked side down during cutting. Maintain a smooth, steady feed rate and apply a cool air or light water mist to avoid heat buildup.
CO₂ laser cutting produces smooth, polished edges and precise shapes with minimal waste. Leave the masking on one or both sides during cutting to protect the surface and absorb excess energy. After cutting, annealing is recommended to relieve stress along cut edges—especially if bonding or cementing will follow.
Avoid water jet cutting, which can leave micro-notches that compromise edge strength.
