Fluorescent acrylic carries color through the material rather than just on the surface, self-illuminating under ambient light and intensifying significantly under UV. Made from cast acrylic, these sheets combine optical-grade clarity with intense color saturation across pink, blue, green, orange, and yellow. The collection also includes Neon Glitter variants for textured, UV-reactive builds.
The edge is where fluorescent acrylic performs most distinctively. Laser cut or polished edges concentrate the glow into a sharp, bright line that draws the eye and defines the piece. Saw-cut or sanded edges diffuse and mask the effect entirely. If edge illumination is part of your design intent, finish accordingly.
At Canal Plastics Center we stock the full fluorescent range in-house at our SoHo workshop, with same-day cut-to-size available. All sheets are cast acrylic, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and fabricate cleanly with standard acrylic tools.
