Transparent Colored Acrylic Sheets (Cast Plexiglass, Lucite & Perspex)
Transparent colored acrylic transmits light through color rather than blocking it — the result is closer to a tinted window than a painted surface. Made from cast acrylic, these sheets offer optical-grade clarity with saturated, consistent color across the full sheet. Available in a full spectrum from subtle tints to bold saturated hues, in pre-cut sizes, full sheets, or custom cut-to-size.
The collection includes three distinct material types. Standard transparent colors are cast acrylic — the full color range from magenta to dark blue. Green Edge is cast acrylic with a natural green tint at the edge, replicating the look of architectural glass. The Iridescent Series (Aura and Radiant) are extruded acrylic with a specialized surface film that shifts color with light and viewing angle.
At Canal Plastics Center we stock the full spectrum in-house at our SoHo workshop, with same-day cut-to-size available. All sheets fabricate cleanly — laser cutting, routing, drilling, and bonding without special handling, with the exception of the iridescent film surface which requires care during cutting and handling.
