Clear Glossy Polycarbonate Film

Clear Glossy Polycarbonate Film is a smooth double-sided clear gloss polycarbonate substrate built for applications demanding optical clarity, print fidelity, and impact resistance in a thin, flexible format. Available in gauges from 0.010" to 0.030", it combines the toughness of polycarbonate with a clean, transparent gloss finish on both sides — making it the preferred choice for printed graphic overlays, display covers, protective face shields, electronic membrane switches, and protective packaging inserts where visual clarity is a priority. A velvet matte/clear gloss combo finish option is also available as the matte variant.

The film accepts print, die-cutting, and thermoforming, and handles demanding fabrication environments without cracking, snapping, or tearing. It cannot be laser cut. Like the matte variant, it cuts cleanly in the field with a utility knife or exacto blade — no shop equipment needed — making it practical for sign shops, print operations, and on-site installation work. A protective masking film is included on the clear gloss side to protect the surface through handling and fabrication.

Full sheets are stocked at 24" × 48" in four gauges: 0.010", 0.015", 0.020", and 0.030". Available at CPC's Canal Street location and online.
