DESCRIPTION

The Craftics Edge Scraper is a four-function hand tool for preparing acrylic sheet edges before polishing or solvent bonding. It removes saw-cut marks from the edge and leaves a flat, smooth surface ready to glue or polish - no sanding required. Four functions in one tool: straight edge scraping, beveling thin material (up to ⅛″), beveling thick material (up to ⅝″), and creating a rounded edge (up to ¼″). Flip the blade to access the bevel and rounding notches.

Use with the piece held firmly in a vise, edge kept square. Draw the blade toward you in a smooth, steady motion, keeping the scraper tilted slightly forward to prevent chatter. When finished, the edge is ready for polishing with the Buffing Kit or for solvent bonding with Weld-On.
