DESCRIPTION

This clear acrylic plexiglass sheet features a subtle non-glare finish on one side. When placed directly on top of artwork, it reduces glare while still allowing the art behind it to be viewed clearly. Best used when mounted in a frame in place of regular glass. Intended for museum and framing purposes. Not recommended for screens, displays or other applications. Like all acrylics, this sheet can be easily cut, formed and fabricated.

Pre-cut sizes are nominal and subject to a +/- 1/8" cutting tolerance. Custom cut-to-size sheets are subject to a +/- 1/32" tolerance. Light transmission is a function of thickness; the given number is measured at 1/8" thick. Color and light transmission values may differ slightly due to manufacturer variations.

Buying Acrylic Sheets at Canal Plastics Center

We stock one of the largest acrylic sheet selections in New York: clear, frosted, colored, textured, mirrored, glitter, pearlescent, and specialty finishes, available in pre-cut sizes, full sheets, and custom cut-to-size. Most materials are on the shelf at our 345 Canal Street store for same-day pickup, with nationwide shipping on standard sizes.

Beyond materials, our in-house fabrication team handles laser cutting, CNC routing, edge polishing, drilling, and UV printing. A single order can go from raw sheet to finished part without leaving our SoHo workshop, whether it's a one-off prototype or a full production run.
