Clear Glossy Polycarbonate Film

Our thin polycarbonate films offer a perfect balance of flexibility, strength and optical clarity. Available in gauges from 0.010" to 0.030", this material is ideal for applications requiring strength and durability in a thin form factor without sacrificing clarity. This film has a smooth double-sided clear gloss finish; a velvet matte/clear gloss combo finish option is also available. Being a polycarbonate plastic, this film has excellent impact resistance and will work well in demanding applications without cracking, snapping or tearing.

This polycarbonate film can be printed on as well as die-cut or thermoformed making it ideal for precision fabrication. Please note that this material cannot be laser cut. Some common applications include graphic overlays, instrument control panel covers, printed decals and nameplates, protective face shields, electronic membrane switches and protective packaging inserts. This material is provided with a protective film masking on the clear gloss side of the sheet.
