A deep, saturated red that diffuses light rather than transmitting it cleanly: Red Translucent reads as rich and intense when backlit, with a warm glow that holds its color depth across the full surface. At 37% light transmission it passes a good deal of light while blocking any view through it, which is what makes it work as a diffuser rather than a window.
Used in illuminated signage, lighting design, event decor, display work, and LED backlit applications where warm color diffusion is the objective. Pairs well with LED strip lighting for signage and architectural accent work. A stronger, more diffused alternative to Red Transparent for applications where a softer, more even light output is preferred.
