DESCRIPTION

Cool, luminous, and endlessly elegant - our Arctic White Pearl Acrylic Sheet captures the movement of natural pearl with a refined, modern edge. Made with premium pearlescent pigments suspended in clear cast acrylic, each sheet has a unique flowing pattern that shifts beautifully with light and angle.

This material offers the timeless look of polished stone with the versatility of acrylic - perfect for signage, retail displays, furniture, lighting, and architectural accents. Like all cast acrylic, it can be laser cut, drilled, polished, or formed with precision.

Because the pearlescent pigment is blended by hand during casting, no two sheets are ever the same - each one has its own organic, marbled movement that adds depth and individuality to every project.

Full sheets are 24" x 40" come as  23-13/16 x 39-3/4 - tolerance +/- 1/4".
Pre-Cuts tolerance +/- 1/4".

Fabrication Tips:
Laser cut with masking in place for clean edges. For better engraving remove plastic film masking.

Fabrication Notes

These sheets can be cut, routed, laser-engraved, drilled, polished, and heat-formed with standard acrylic tools.
For optimal results:

Preheat gradually when thermoforming to preserve the pearlescent pigment.

Use acrylic-compatible adhesives for bonding or lamination.

Test under intended lighting conditions, as pearlescent movement varies with angle and illumination.
