White Coroplast Corrugated Plastic Sheet

White Coroplast Corrugated Plastic Sheet is a lightweight corrugated plastic board: two flat polypropylene skins joined by internal flutes, the same twin-wall structure as corrugated cardboard, but waterproof, impact resistant and resistant to a wide range of chemicals. At 4mm (3/16") it has a high strength-to-weight ratio: rigid enough to protect a finished floor or carry a pallet layer, light enough to handle and ship in quantity. It does not fray, rot or absorb moisture, and it is fully recyclable. White is the standard coroplast, the one most crews and sign shops reach for. Both faces are smooth, with no masking to peel.

Its biggest job is surface protection on construction and renovation sites. General contractors and their crews lay it over finished flooring, fix it to walls, and cover windows and glass to keep them safe through demolition, painting and installs. It holds up far better than paper or cardboard, takes foot traffic and rolling carts, sheds water, paint and plaster, and can be pulled up and reused on the next job. Full 48" × 96" sheets cover large rooms quickly; 24" × 48" pieces fit hallways, landings and tight spaces.

White coroplast is also the standard board for yard and lawn signs, real estate, event and wayfinding signage, point-of-purchase displays and trade show backers, and its bright, smooth face takes screen printing and UV printing well. In packaging it works as reusable pallet layer pads, box dividers, inserts and returnable totes that hold up to dirt, grease and water. It is a go-to for architectural models, prototypes, classroom displays and science fair boards too.

The sheet cuts with a sharp utility knife: cuts parallel to the flutes are the easiest, while cuts across the flutes take a fresh blade and a straightedge. It can be die-cut, scored, creased and folded into boxes and sleeves. Join it by heat sealing, ultrasonic welding, stitching, rivets, zip ties, double-sided tape or hot glue. Acrylic solvent cements will not bond polypropylene. It can be laser cut, but polypropylene can flare up, so never leave a cut unattended. Custom cutting is available in-shop at Canal Street.
